GARAFORCEFree Field Service Templates
Three printable forms that cover a job from dispatch to handover: what the technician checks on site, what the office issues before the van moves, and what the customer signs at the end. Print them, adapt them to your trade, or use them as the checklist you digitise later.
The three templates
Field Service Call Checklist
A single sheet the technician works through from arrival to departure, so nothing is discovered missing after the van has left.
- Job and site reference block
- On arrival checks and site conditions
- Work performed and findings
- Parts and materials used
- Before leaving site: testing, photos, customer sign-off
Work Order Form
Issued before dispatch and returned completed. It carries the scope, the assigned crew, the labour hours and the parts consumed.
- Work order number, priority and scheduled window
- Customer, billing contact and site access notes
- Requested work and reported problem
- Labour hours per technician
- Parts, materials and outcome with signatures
Job Completion and Handover Report
The closing document. One copy to the customer, one on file — the record you reach for when an invoice or a warranty claim is questioned months later.
- Work order reference and completion time
- Summary of work performed and results
- Evidence attached: photos, readings, invoices, certificates
- Condition at handover
- Open items, follow-up owners and target dates
How to use them together
Before dispatch. The office fills the top of the work order form: number, priority, window, assigned crew, site access notes. The technician leaves with it.
On site. The service call checklist runs alongside the job — arrival conditions, findings, parts used, and the pre-departure checks that stop return visits.
At handover. The completion report closes the job: what was done, what evidence exists, what remains open and who owns it. Customer signs, one copy stays with them.
Back at the office. The three sheets together are your invoice backup and your warranty defence. That is the same chain GARAFORCE builds automatically when the same fields are captured on a phone.

Frequently asked questions
Are these field service templates really free?
Yes. All three PDFs download immediately at no cost and with no licence restriction on internal business use. Adapt the wording, add your logo and print as many copies as you need.
Do I have to give my email to download them?
No. Each template downloads directly from this page. The email form is optional — it is there if you want the pack sent to you or want to hear when new templates are added.
Can I edit the templates?
The files are print-ready PDFs designed to be filled in by hand on site. If you need an editable version tailored to your trade, tell us which fields you want and we will prepare one.
Are these templates backed by verifiable evidence documents?
No. They are operational forms, offered as a general starting point. They are not legal, professional or regulatory advice, and they do not replace a licensed professional. Have your own contracts and compliance paperwork reviewed by a qualified advisor.
How is this different from doing it in the app?
Paper works, but it has to be collected, scanned and typed up. GARAFORCE captures the same fields on the technician's phone, timestamps the photos and attaches everything to the job automatically.
Stop re-typing the paperwork
The same fields, captured once on site with timestamped photos and a signature, then attached to the job automatically.
